Are fur babies allowed?

ABSOLUTELY YES!! As long as they will be wearing diapers.

Note: Any damages (peeing, pooing, biting, damaging of equipments) your pet may do is your full responsibility.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You can message us on our Facebook page to check available walk-in times. To secure your spot, we recommend booking in advance since walk-in slots are not always guaranteed.

Do you allow rescheduling?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can reschedule for free as long as it’s 3 days before your reserved time slot. If you wish to rebook your slot after the 3 days lock-in period, a rebooking fee of Php 300 applies.

What time should we arrive in the studio?

Accepted Answer

It would be best to arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your reserved timeslot. You will only be allowed to enter 10 minutes earlier to avoid overcrowding.

Question 6

What will happen if I'm late on my appointment?

Accepted Answer

We allow a maximum waiting time of 15 minutes. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we can still accommodate you with a late fee of ₱150. For arrivals 30 minutes late, you may reschedule within the same day, but only if a slot is still available.

Do you have parking space?

Yes, a parking space in front of the building is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
